NaNo is Over, I won, Other ramblings...

Hello Readers!

NaNoWriMo is over, and I won! This year has been really hard in more ways than one. The story seems to be mostly rambles and me trying to work through things. I love parts about it and hate other parts.

This story has made me think through things and face things I wish I didn't have to. It's stretched me both physically and mentally.

Anyway, it's a minor disaster and you probably don't wanna read it in the shape it's in.

I've learned a few things though:

One, I can stay up till 3am.

Two, What I write at that time is either terrible or something else 😆

Three, sleep isn't really important if you're a writer

Four, sleep is important if you're a writer

Five, pushing myself is good... and not good at the same time.

If you're confused by three and four, I am too.

So, what comes next...

Editing, editing, editing... and probably more editing...

But I'm currently nearing a writer's burnout at the moment. I'm not rushing to be done and publish this story for multiple reasons that I'm too tired to go into.

Now you know why I've been gone for so long, and I'm super excited to have some time to breathe and catch my breath.

That's all for now!

Blessings,

Mattie May, The Blossoming Writer

P.S. Sorry this post is rather a mess... my brain is still recovering from writing over 2,000 words today.
